Very friendly girls at the reception, polite and clean cleaning lady. Clean, comfortable, quiet. It is very good that there is a smoking area, for the first time in several years I have met this in hotels. Smokers will understand me. The cafe is conveniently equipped, and the distance is kept in the face of a pandemic. There are enough places to park the car. All liked it!

Location - to the station 10 minutes slowly, near at the beginning of Oktyabrsky Prospect there is a large shopping center with Pyaterochka, ATMs. Here on Oktyabrsky bus stops - you can get there in any direction. The room is clean, stylish interior, good plumbing, refrigerator, hairdryer. The hotel has helpful staff, again tastefully decorated interior, the floor has everything you need: a cooler, tea, coffee, even a smoking room.

My husband and I went on a business trip for one day. In the morning we arrived on a swallow and on the same day they had to leave back. We arrived in Pskov at 10:30 am, the hotel was asked to provide breakfast and early check-in, the staff did not refuse early check-in and served a wonderful breakfast) The room is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful! On this day, the weather was cloudy, the hotel provided umbrellas, it is very convenient. The room has a TV, refrigerator, a sufficient number of towels. While we were accommodated, the neighboring rooms were carefully cleaned. At the reception you can buy souvenirs at affordable prices. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the railway station, from the hotel to the Pskov Kremlin 20 minutes on foot, there are many different shops nearby on Oktyabrsky Prospect. The next time we visit Pskov, we will definitely choose this hotel.
